Training In-Person

I offer private, exclusive personal training sessions in the convenient location of your choice.  Every client starts with an in-depth consultation and assessment of your current level of health and fitness, as well as assisted development of goals for you to achieve.  Each client is a unique individual, therefore nobody will receive a pre-fabricated workout plan.  I design each client's fitness program based upon his/her personal needs, goals, and assessment results.

Your workouts, or entire sessions, may include weight training, body building, cardiovascular conditioning, sport-specific training, sport-skill development, yoga, flexibility training, behavior modification, and/or competitive performance mindset conditioning.  This means that you will be receiving instruction and/or training that will not only enable you to expereience REAL results, but also understand the changes you will be going through and learn strategies for maintaining them.

If you wish to train at an area gym or health club, you will need to add $250 to your training package price.  These funds will go toward fees that gyms & health clubs assess outside trainers who wish to train clients using their space.  Most gyms charge a minimum of $400/month.
